It has been an excellent start to the year again with house enquiries up by 25% from the previous January.

Whilst the Public Sector is dealing with huge cuts to their budgets, work in these areas are going to remain tough. However, we continue to work exceptionally well on our Corporate side with work from Rolls Royce, Bombardier and local Councils.

The predictions for the year are also looking promising. Estate agents are experiencing a large increase in housing sales and House Building Companies have also been starting to develop their sites.

B.E.Webbe will also be looking at expanding the business in more than one area. We will be looking at employing additional staff to our already experienced team, and additional vehicles will also need to be acquired with the prospect of additional growth.

Also, various sites have been identified for the addition of a new Self Store premises. This section of our business continues to grow at an exceptional rate. During the last 5 years of tough economic times, Self Storage goes from strength to strength.
